Honesty Resolve Misunderstanding

It was around 9:30 a.m. when John wanted everything normal with his colleague as before. They had a misunderstanding and both hurt each other (read the last article here John and his colleague's Interaction).

John was in emotional turmoil. He was overwhelmed and hurt by the last conversation he had with his colleague and could not see through it.

John decided to get to know what his colleague really meant with his last conversation. He wants to know what his colleague really wants. He decided to ask with honesty “What do really mean by what you said in our last conversation?”

His colleague was surprised that after 2 days John opened up. He said “It was just I want to clarify that we should not follow other people with closed eyes, we are individually responsible for ourselves. And that makes us even stronger instead of just following each other with closed eyes”.

Finally, John had a sigh of relief that it was nothing negative in their last conversation. And they both felt clearer and more trusted with each other.

Day after John shook his hand and hugged him, they both realised that they were good colleagues. Now they both begin to embark on working on their next project and goal.

Let me know in the comments how you clear up miscommunication.

Till next time J

If You Use This Successfully, This Would be Your Career Saver

He was at work, and suddenly one of his colleagues made him afraid of work. He begins to indirectly bad mouth his boss. His colleague trying to involve him in this conversation and provoke him against his boss and superiors. Due to his colleague's use of language, he begins to feel unbalanced. Almost about to sweep his feet. He realised that his colleague was trying to mess with his brain. And distracts him from his career and goals. He reaches home, thinks through it, and rewinds what happened in the conversation. He learned that his colleague is a thug in the uniform jealous of him. He learned his thug colleague does not want him to see his rise in the eyes of his boss and superior, and at worst his colleague wants to destroy his career by any or all means. He was wise to realise and learn the intention of a thug colleague. He decided “It is not the only thug, there will be many thugs like him, which I should be careful of “. He begins to stay away from the thug as much...

Regular Breaks Increase Productivity By an Extra Twenty-Five Percent

I was sitting in my office and working on my present goal. I worked hard to meet my deadline and wanted to complete the task without straining myself physically and mentally. I was so indulged in my work that I forgot to take care of myself and ignore my body pain, my fingers and arms were hurting. My arms were swollen, my eyes were dried up, my brain could not think more and I heard a voice from within shout at me “Stop”. So, I did and ended up in rest for a week. While resting, I begin to trace back my successful days at work. I used to work in the chunk of 45 minutes at a time and then break for 10 minutes. Regular breaks help me to restore my energy and give relief to my eyes, and rest to my arms. Most importantly my brain got relief from constant focus. By repeating it I was able to complete my task easily on time and with more precision. I realized; that it is good to learn from our past success. By repeating our successful habits, we can create more success. I wonder wha...

Priorities In Sequence Make it Easier

John thinks of achieving his goal. He is clear about what he wants and knows what steps he needs to take to complete the goal. Life is hard on him. He has so many tasks at hand that need his attention. Regardless of how badly he wishes to complete his goal. Those tasks pull him into the whirlpool of their circumstances. The more he engages in those tasks the more un-satisfaction he experience. He decided to schedule an appointment with his coach. In the session, they devise the strategy John agrees to implement. “John made a list of each task. Organise each task according to their priority. Now his sequence of tasks is ready to implement”. He immediately launched his first priority and got it done within 3 hrs. He is satisfied with his work. He looks forward to the next one. Let me know in the comments how you deal with the load :)
