I was so indulged
in my work that I forgot to
take care of myself and ignore my body pain, my
fingers and arms were hurting. My arms were swollen, my eyes were dried up, my
brain could not think more and I heard a voice from within shout at me
“Stop”. So, I did and ended up in rest for a week.
While resting, I begin to trace back my successful days at work. I used to
work in the chunk of 45 minutes at a time and then break for 10 minutes. Regular
breaks help me to restore my energy and give relief to my eyes, and rest to my
arms. Most importantly my brain got relief from constant focus. By repeating it I
was able to complete my task easily on time and with more precision.
I realized; that it
is good to learn from our past success. By repeating our successful habits, we
can create more success.
I wonder
