Honesty Resolve Misunderstanding

It was around 9:30 a.m. when John wanted everything normal with his colleague as before. They had a misunderstanding and both hurt each other (read the last article here John and his colleague's  Interaction). John was in emotional turmoil. He was overwhelmed and hurt by the last conversation he had with his colleague and could not see through it. John decided to get to know what his colleague really meant with his last conversation. He wants to know what his colleague really wants. He decided to ask with honesty “What do really mean by what you said in our last conversation?” His colleague was surprised that after 2 days John opened up. He said “It was just I want to clarify that we should not follow other people with closed eyes, we are individually responsible for ourselves. And that makes us even stronger instead of just following each other with closed eyes”. Finally, John had a sigh of relief that it was nothing negative in their last conversation. And they bot...

Responsibility Embrace Freedom

John and his colleague wanted to come to a conclusion in a meeting. They were facing issues dealing with someone who may potentially destroy their company culture and career. It was a heated discussion. During the heated discussion, they made personal remarks that hurt both of them “Keep relationships with people on your own responsibility, each one of us has a white beard now”. Because they both like each other so much it hurts both of them. John was definitely hurt; he was the one who received this comment. He was wise enough to sleep over it. The next morning, John realized how much he was dependent on his colleagues to make decisions if they should keep relations with an individual or not to keep their interests safe.  John learned that he should accept his individual responsibility for building and maintaining relations with the people. He begins to experience mixed feelings of hurt and of being thankful to his colleague for waking him up. He thought “Perhaps it is neede...

Priorities In Sequence Make it Easier

John thinks of achieving his goal. He is clear about what he wants and knows what steps he needs to take to complete the goal. Life is hard on him. He has so many tasks at hand that need his attention. Regardless of how badly he wishes to complete his goal. Those tasks pull him into the whirlpool of their circumstances. The more he engages in those tasks the more un-satisfaction he experience. He decided to schedule an appointment with his coach. In the session, they devise the strategy John agrees to implement. “John made a list of each task. Organise each task according to their priority. Now his sequence of tasks is ready to implement”. He immediately launched his first priority and got it done within 3 hrs. He is satisfied with his work. He looks forward to the next one. Let me know in the comments how you deal with the load :)

If You Use This Successfully, This Would be Your Career Saver

He was at work, and suddenly one of his colleagues made him afraid of work. He begins to indirectly bad mouth his boss. His colleague trying to involve him in this conversation and provoke him against his boss and superiors. Due to his colleague's use of language, he begins to feel unbalanced. Almost about to sweep his feet. He realised that his colleague was trying to mess with his brain. And distracts him from his career and goals. He reaches home, thinks through it, and rewinds what happened in the conversation. He learned that his colleague is a thug in the uniform jealous of him. He learned his thug colleague does not want him to see his rise in the eyes of his boss and superior, and at worst his colleague wants to destroy his career by any or all means. He was wise to realise and learn the intention of a thug colleague. He decided “It is not the only thug, there will be many thugs like him, which I should be careful of “. He begins to stay away from the thug as much...

Sharing Improve Harmony In Teams

We intended to work together in harmony. Do things faster. Get our tasks done on time. Suddenly I saw him complete 60% of the task, but realised it was the same part I had done before. My colleague re-did it in my absence which I have already done. We forgot to communicate what each of us has done in line with our aim. When communication was re-established, we achieved our goal much faster and in harmony. What will you communicate with your team next time? Let me know in the comments Till next time J

Present Takes Care of Future

John thinks of completing his task on time. Get all the important tasks done before the deadline. He loves to enjoy the wins. But something was holding him back. It is the bottleneck. He finds the solution everywhere but has yet to see it. He couldn’t get his tasks done on time. He keeps moving his deadlines. Suddenly he turns to his guide. Where he realizes, “I cannot win by ignoring the present time” “the more I ignore the time units, the more I will live in a fantasy world” “To move towards my aim, I need to move with the time each day, i.e. schedule and living the tasks daily for each working hour”. He applied and learned that he produced more tangible results than previously. His efforts are reaping the sweet fruit that he deserves. How are you managing your time to become productive? Let me know in the comments J

Ice Cold Win Hecklers at Work

He was working with passion. Focus on work brings him joy and satisfaction. He is a dedicated and good man. He is admired by each customer because he is what he is “star”. One of his colleagues feels jealous of him. He knows he can’t be like him. He begins to distract him and show him that he is superior. Raise his voice when he got a chance. He thinks he can outshine the “star” with hidden evil behaviour. Star heard from his coach “I have been there. His nasty behaviour is trying to provoke you, so you damage your image in front of everyone. Keep your mind focused on your goals. Confront him nonverbally once and Ignore him Completely. Remain Ice old, No verbal reaction. Only Important short replies regarding work.” “Star” did so. He successfully wins the situation. He gains his focus back. He said, “I will keep this in my arsenal to win such situations in the future”. When he needs more, Star can reach out to his coach for further support.
