Honesty Resolve Misunderstanding

  It was around 9:30 a.m. when John wanted everything normal with his colleague as before. They had a misunderstanding and both hurt each other (read the last article here John and his colleague's  Interaction). John was in emotional turmoil. He was overwhelmed and hurt by the last conversation he had with his colleague and could not see through it. John decided to get to know what his colleague really meant with his last conversation. He wants to know what his colleague really wants. He decided to ask with honesty “What do really mean by what you said in our last conversation?” His colleague was surprised that after 2 days John opened up. He said “It was just I want to clarify that we should not follow other people with closed eyes, we are individually responsible for ourselves. Responsibility Embrace Freedom

John and his colleague wanted to come to a conclusion in a meeting. They were facing issues dealing with someone who may potentially destroy their company culture and career. It was a heated discussion. During the heated discussion, they made personal remarks that hurt both of them “Keep relationships with people on your own responsibility, each one of us has a white beard now”. Because they both like each other so much it hurts both of them. John was definitely hurt; he was the one who received this comment. He was wise enough to sleep over it. The next morning, John realized how much he was dependent on his colleagues to make decisions if they should keep relations with an individual or not to keep their interests safe.  John learned that he should accept his individual responsibility for building and maintaining relations with the people.
